Hey! The time has come for the new batch of updates! Musical improvisation is the spontaneous creative process of making music while it is being performed. It's like speaking or having a conversation as opposed to reciting a written text. "Akoustikoriginem" is a marginal and exhausted resource for experimental diffusion of uncompromised acoustic sounds from the convergent beginnings... Andreas Brandal is from Bergen, Norway. He has been making music with various bands and projects since the late 80's. In 1994 he released his first recording as a solo artist. This was a 2'5 minute cassette-single titled "Tape 1", followed in 1995 by 2 more cassettes. In 1996 he released his first vinyl single "Better Than Casters" on his own label. In this period he also participated on various compilations and music for art and web projects. In 1997 the Smalltown Supersound label released a split vinyl single with Andreas Brandal and Bruce Russell (The Dead C / A Handful Of Dust). In 1998 Andreas and fellow musician Jarle Nordvik formed the guitar-noise improv duo Larmoyant. This project released one LP and played several concerts. [label info]

"From the whole vast discography of COMMUNISM the album "Laughing Gas" (1989) is perhaps the most hard to listen to. After colourful idiotism of "On Soviet Speed" and clearly structured conceptualism of "Suleiman Stalskiy", "Laughing Gas" impresses first of all with lashings of noises and absolutely unstoppable lyrics. The album is completely immersed in the magic environment of free ad-lib or as Egor Letov said 'very strange excursions into consciousness'"... [Maxim Semelyak]

Experimental / noise / rock from late 80-s Soviet Siberian underground - feat. members of Grazhdanskaya Oborona. "The 8th album named "Satanism" is the black hole in the landscape of COMMUNISM. Even the most dedicated fans of Egor Letov & Co. used to tell they couldn't listen to this more than once. Meanwhile "Satanism" is definitely one of the most important exuses of COMMUNISM as musical project - here you won't find recitations by Kuzma, no obvious concept, no easy-to-catch expressions, only harsh full scale sound experience, quite radical for the USSR in 1989. Of course both COMMUNIZM and GRAZHDANSKAYA OBORONA have always used the elements of noise, ritual rhythms and shamanic kind of vocals. But only "Satanism" utilizes all these techniques only to fill all the space of this lengthy album - the result is pure season in hell with the elements of miner strikes in Kuzbass... "Satanism" is perhaps the only work of Soviet musicians which could be easily placed in one row with the odious records of British industrial musicians, I mean first of all NURSE WITH WOUND and CURRENT 93 (their noisier side). In fact this record had something irrevocable in it. "Satanism" with its rumbling numbness kind of opened some door, behind which everything was ultimately funny and scary at the same time." "A Capella Rainbow" is an experimental piece made with voice as only sound source recorded at the artist's own Studios in Buenos Aires. In this case the recordings were so heavily processed that it's hard to recognize traces of human voice. Vocal Drone? Sci-fi Spoken Word? Detuned Human Bioacoustics? Electrified Singing? It's difficult to say, however it's an intense piece to be filed probably in between "Sound of Hydrangea" and "Tape Works". [label info]

The gig happened as a part of the musical program of Goldenmask Club at the "Golden Mask" theatre festival. A wonderful saxophonist Sergey Letov took part in the concert. Big concert hall, lots of benevolent visitors, great sound - what else one needs for a perfect show? And the show was great indeed! Record of this disc has been made during 2010,2011. The material of Moscow region project Five Elements Music is used as a basis. The record was made at night in different industrial areas of town. In this collaboration F.E.M. goes ahead with its field recordings line. Denis Shapovalov (Adriva) finds his sound recovery from natural materials – metal, glass, wood… One cannot find synth’s in this disc, however, naturalistic sticky pseudo-analog sound provides “authentic old school”. This effect is sustained by wave reverberations which run into massive drones. But it’s not the very essence of buzzing often cut by new structure waves and cycles conjoined with field recordings. Mark Spybey's been having his way with rhythm and noise for so long that the motifs he's ascribed over the years are practically commonplace amongst the novice post-industrialist, or hell, the post-whatever. His is a sound that summons any number of nocturnal beasties from the ether. Throughout the last 25-plus years, he's plied his trade and remarkable sonic mojo both solo and in the company of many a forward-thinking electronic engineer. His collaborators include cEvin Key, Eric Pounder, Jean-Yves Theriault, Jarboe, Mick Harris, Martin Atkins, James Plotkin, Mark Nugent, Orphx, Phil Western, David Wright, Zev Asher, Darryl Neudorf, Ryan Moore, Niels van Hoorn, Kinder Atom, Evolution Control Committee, Chris Connelly and others. It's as Dead Voices On Air, however, that some of his most startling ideas emerge fully-realized and fully-armed; of course, to hear Spybey tell it, once art leaves the nest it's up to (once again) the recipient to assume the role of engager: "My work is created in isolation from external references. That is the ideal I strive for. Only in this way is it possible to allow the listener an opportunity to create their own understanding of the music, or, as the artist Joseph Beuys once said, 'One should resort to interpretation only in an emergency'. "Mnemosyne & The Structure Of Time" is a translation of the scenes that preceded the Earth’s decline in “Orbis Terrarum Requiem” into the sounds of iNsCissorS’ “Cinematic Ambient” where Mnemosyne, the ancient Hellenic Titan goddess of memory and remembrance and the inventress of language and words orchestrates the sequence of events and guides you throughout the complex cluster of the structure of time downwards to her lake in Hades where initiates used to drink in order to remember and bear memories along their journey through life... iNsCissorS’ third full-length album is a new journey through places beyond the Earth’s surface composed and performed by Vincent Andelmoth but with the also greatly important feature and additional composing and arrangements of Jason Andelmoth... Angel W. Black features giving her own enchanting touch with her astonishing voice either when lamenting as a queen that passed to silence or when invoking Hecate from Hades! The main such source of inspiration for 'Future Chaos' is today's ever - changing world. Wars, poverty, global economy in crisis, fossil fuels depleting more rapidly every year could put an end to the world as we know it in a snap. A sudden catastrophe could drive human kind away from its technological progress straight into dark and really volatile enviroment of the dark future and into the chaos embedded within it. Some years past the critical moment on planet earth humans begin to leave their isolated and scatterred enclaves to reconquer the desolate postapocalyptic landscapes. A world where ancient rituals and neoprimitivism spread over ruined remains of a reckless past. My work is an illustration of a world after a sudden collapse of humanity and its civilisation in during 21 st century. 'Future Chaos' is a dark ambient passage into landscapes of this world of tribal and postindustrial elements. [press-release]

Roel Meelkop (1963) studied visual arts and art theory at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. During a post-graduate course at the same academy he decided to dedicate his work to sound and music. His musical activities date back to the early eighties when he started THU20, together with Jac van Bussel, Peter Duimelinks, Jos Smolders and Guido Doesborg. THU20 have released several tapes and CD's and performed regularly in Europe. The working method of THU20 included many discussions about how to compose and why. This period was crucial in forming his ideas and concepts about sound and how to organise it, but it was not until the mid nineties that he was able to fully realise these ideas. The purchase of a sampler and later a computer radically changed his possibilities of working with sound, offering infinitely more control and freedom. Since then he has worked steadily on a body of work, most of which was recieved enthusiastically in the small but dedicated world of sound art. His other activities include working with Kapotte Muziek and GOEM and organising sound events, mostly in Rotterdam. Aside from releases, Meelkop also creates site-specific sound installations and performance pieces in collaboration with other artists. [label info]

It may sound preposterous, but this CD is the direct result of a catastrophy. When on March 11th of 2011 an earthquake was noticed in Japan, nobody could anticipate the destruction that would ensue in a large part of the country. The city of Fukushima had to endure te worst of all: it was first hit by an earthquake and then a tsunami. But with the breakdown of a nuclear plant in direct vicinity of the city, a nightmare came true. Not only did many people lose their homes, now the fear of contamination was as real as it could get. Up until now it is still unclear how many people will suffer the consequences of nuclear radiation. It is for the city of Fukushima and its inhabitants that this CD was concieved and produced, as a memorial to their struggle and a token of respect to their endurance. [press-release]

Birds and Water, 2 & 3 are four recordings from May 05, 2010 made while on residency with The Experimental Television Center in Owego, NY. These recordings are the second release in the series and continue as sound based pieces using David Jone's image processing system. ETC expanded operations in 1974 with the first Jones Colorizer and in 1975 with a set of keyers, a multi-input syncable sequencer and a bank of oscillators, all designed and constructed by David Jones. In terms of sound it is rather minimalistic canvas of the length of 72 minutes. The first two tracks let us see what we are concerned with. This is super-strict and absolutely unmusical matter. This CD compiles two long out of print, obscure vinyls by People Like Us. Almost all (maybe all) were recorded as commisions for Dutch radio. People Like Us plunders her way through the wastelands of vinyl nobody buys, collages them into mostly strange, and at times funny pieces of music. Unlike other plunderphonics, People Like Us keep the voice/spoken word segments to a minimum, which I most hearthly welcome. Extensive spoken words are usually hilarious, but after repeated listening don't hold up. People Like Us use them as a supplementary part of music. There is an amount of easy listening stuff which may be dated now (the records come from 1995 and 1996 respectively), but it bears still the skills People Like Us have. Witty, to the point collages, a DJ that holds attention beyond the club setting, so one that indeed deserved to be re-issued. [FdW, Vital Weekly]

Michael Pisaro and Taku Sugimoto are not generally closely associated, but have quite a bit in common. Both are composers whose primary instrument is the guitar, both have close ties to the Wandelweiser collective (Pisaro is a longtime member), and both have pursued their unique paths without much concern as to how the rest of the world will perceive them. 2 seconds/b minor/wave marks their first collaboration, but these aesthetic overlaps allow their independently conceived recorded parts to fit together remarkably naturally... 2 seconds/b minor/wave is a long distance collaboration, with each musician composing and recording their own parts, before hearing what the other had done. Pulse, pitch and wave were the three areas they wanted to explore on the three pieces, and loose rules/guidelines were agreed on beforehand, as follows: '2 seconds' was a unit of pulse, either as a basic unit or a point of departure; 'b minor' was a key, with Sugimoto playing harmony and Pisaro playing melody: and 'wave', with no further details, simply whatever that word brought to mind. This was the extent of the specific discussion between the two, and thus the entirely fluid melding of the results is a testament to their deep understanding of the other's aesthetic/s. Yuko Zama's intuitively empathetic design is a perfect symbiotic fit for the music contained within. [label info]

In spring 1988 Selivanov was the guitarist for "Putti" and "Grazhdanskaya Oborona", same year in autumn he plays live with his own band "Promyshlennaya Arkhitektura" ("Industrial Architechture"). Themes of his songs are amazingly similar to the panopticum of "collapsing new people" in Britain in early 1980-s: antisex, tiredness, decay, death. The definition "collapsing new people" was used by Fad Gadget in regards to one of the favourite groups of Moscow intelligentsia in 1990-s - Einstuerzende Neubauten; and although Selivanov is often compared to EN, comparing to Fad Gadget, Gary Numan or Magazine, and especially to the Leer-Rental duet with their album "The Bridge" (Industrial Records) would be more adequate. Monotonous guitar riffs, dark repetitive synths, lyrics about vanity and disgusting meaninglessness if the existence - a kind of trademark of electronic post punk. [Mikhail Verbitskiy]

Zwielicht - a collection of sketches for "Tenebrae", a collaboration album of Majdanek Waltz & Sal Solaris dedicated to a German poet Paul Celan. "Tenebrae" was released in spring 2011 and became a result of consequential rework of the material. The initial recordings of Majdanek Waltz were interpreted by Sal Solaris, and then again brought to a common denominator. From our point of view, a stop on a road sometimes is worth the final goal. We found the intermediate resulf of Sal Solaris work so original that we decided to release it on a separate disc in the end of 2011. We think these sketches for "Tenebrae" not only have a completeness of form, but they also give the listener an opportunity to feel what illusiveness means - an idea, so important for the 21st century. The album was recorded during the beginning of the U.S. aggression against Iraq. As usual in recent years, States got Saddam, and nobody helped him. Probably if USSR still existed such things could find some resistance... This is partly why the album has some nostalgia for the Soviet Union, both in lyrics and music. First track of the album is a remake of one famous pioneer's song. I used to sing it in a pioneer camp some day, this is a kind of masterpiece of Soviet era. "Orlyonok" starts to open the theme pointed in albums title. This song embodied that culture and that system which were opposite to the country, that is, I believe, the Evil itself. Second and third tracks tell that "seven deaths can't happen, but one can't be avoided", as Russians say, and those who are not with us - are against us. So this is the developing of the album's idea following the intro cover of "Orlyonok". Anyway, even the greatest empires don't live long, they die too. And who knows, sometimes this day will come for the States as well. Then I think the world will be divided. Hence the title. The last track is the most programme track from the album, it contains quite a big text. The composition is built on the concept idea of diverging and converging harmonics. Ideologically this reflects the meaning of the album: the one who is not with us is against us. In technical terms, the structure of the track is built on psychoacoustical principles: sound components are separated for right and left channels. They mix in space during playback and affect the listener bringing him to a certain state as they create special resonances, so if you listen to the track in headphones, the sound will be different than in space. Recorded by Kuzya Uo partly at home, partly at Manager's home, who was invited to participate as a guest vocalist, and intently performed almost all vocal parts under vigilant guidance of the author. Musically, this is a daring blasting mixture of thrash-metal (!), punk and avantguard, victoriously performed with a dubious accompaniment of hand-made sick sounding rhythm-box. During the recording, Manager's tape recorderm which played back the background track, electrified extremely and spontaneously started to make annoying interference in inexorable form of loud and arhythmic electromagnetic FARTING, and also as deepest consistent dropouts in both channels. The recording has utterly cinical, non-trivial and simply unprecedented character. In its own way this is a valiant example of the highest degree of non-compromise and non-conformism on a global scale. [Egor Letov]

Agnivolok is the neo-folk and experimental music project of Vera Agnivolok, Igor Krutogolov and Vadim Gusis. Vadim Gusis stands also behind the project Chaos As Shelter, his solo project. So this album seems a very logical collaboration, but could it not just been an Agnivolok album? Well, not quite. Since Agnivolok is very neofolk oriented and Chaos As Shelter makes mostly instrumental industrial soundscapes. Both projects take turns with each track, so we go from experimental neo-folk into experimental soundscapes. This way the album has a very interesting synergy. I very much like the, somewhat distorted, vocals of Vera Agnivolok, although I can’t hear what she really sings about, it has a very nice ambience to it. Neo-folk for me is often a hit or miss, but here it’s a definite hit. Because the neo-folk of Agnivolok has very industrial elements, it really fits with Chaos As Shelter soundscapes, to create one somewhat unique whole. With this album I really feel like walking in some dark industrial world, or some torn apart cities, and then getting some narrative in-between. It has therefore a somewhat cinematic quality, sometimes even theatrical. A very excellent release, even if you are perhaps not really into neo-folk. Though both projects have a significant sound of their own, together it works very well because they complete each others input. The legacy that one half of the project brought from his work with Puissance was fairly evident, yet the focus on his work as Arditi was not so much beautifuly orchestrated narrations of the apocalypse, but far grimmer depictions of the past centuries world conflicts. Field recordings and blurry speeches were incorporated into Arditi's compositions, adding a rather disturbing tone to the predominant military snare-drums, obscure symphonic arrangements and hypnotic soundscapes. "Flying High!" with this psychedellic combat cry one of the most excentric and innovative projects from Austria / Vienna is returning. On their ninth studio album Der Blutharsch continues travelling in the direction they took back in 2005, when the former guru of martial industrial/military pop, Albin Julius, and his band, rocketed towards the deep space of psychedelia. One of the most controversial bands of the last decade staked its claim anew, totally breaking with old images, cliches and tunes. Starting already on the last album The Philosopher's Stone the turning to the walls of guitars and repetitive chants was already to recognize. Flying High turns this to a programmatic climax. If you start thinking on Sunn O))), Guru Guru, Amon Düül, Tangerine Dream or Godspeed You! Black Emperor you are not to far away, but still inherent is the big part of apocalyptic feeling which you are already used to. Highly influenced by the amercican West Coast Sound of the late sixties with a small dosis of that what some people use to call Krautrock. The tracks are slightly developing into eachother, ambient parts followed by ecstatic deathrock songs and then they glide into a wall of sound. The guestparts on the vocal side is full of well know artists: besides Bain Wolfkind and Albin Julius or Gianni Serusi, you discover 1980s legend Patrick Leagas who himself celebrates the title song in his typical distinctive manner. Flying High is a dark record, it mixes eros and deathwish, productivity with desctructivity. Since the release of, "When Did Wonderland End?", Der Blutharsch have mutated into a psychedelic rock monster; their motto, "into new territories!", symbolic for this mutation, a battle fought not by marching but by flying, 'Flying high!'. Flying high! is a weird trip for blown minds through the dark worlds of today's society, passing love, hate and lust during its journey into the center of the sun! "Harmonia" is an oversimplification of frequencies or "supercompression" as an interpretation of author's point of view on the nowadays digital mastering in the mass-music that makes the final mix sound unified. The album presents only saturated frequencies on rise and fall. This sort of averaging allows disclosing new aspects of pure acoustic sounds of glass, plastic, wood, metal recorded with microphones and digitally processed. The series of the «Folkstorm» monster continues! The Culturecide Campaigns was released in 2000, only available for one month through MP3.com, during which time only 39 copies were sold. These more than ten years old recordings has now finally been restored, redesigned and remastered and features two bonus tracks. This album was recorded back to back with "Victory or death" and carries the same menacing feeling, but with a bit more structure and empahsis on pounding rythmic industrial noise. The Culturecide Campaigns was Folkstorms first attempt at infiltrating mainstream culture and also infiltrating the new and upcoming filesharing culture. Besides releasing this album only online it was also spread in secret over the Napster filesharing website. Mainstream "top ten album" downloads were manipulated and tracks were exchanged. That means that possibly thousands of people that were expecting to listen to Madonna or U2 ended up listening to this. So maybe this oscure gem actually has been more played than all of the Folkstorm albums, albeit in secrecy to an unaware audience? If you want rough old-school industrial this is what you need! Jon Michael B'Eirth (B' - IN GOWAN RING / BIRCH BOOK) is one of the last of a dying breed, that of the wandering minstrel. At the same time he is one of the first, one of the founders of a new generation of Folk musicians, gently growing out of the early ninetees, after a worldwide, for 15 years lasting dark era of no ambitious Folkrock music at all. Approaching the middle of the 70ies, all the great Folk-Rock bands, Songwriters and Minstrels either disappeared or started to drift into triviality (beside a very few exceptions) and the darkness in Folk should last up to the late 80ies/early 90ies, when artists from the early World Serpent label recovered their roots out of the late 60ies/early 70ies era. This was the time, when the young B' joined World Serpent and within only 2 albums, he got one of the most important acts on that label and for the whole growing scene. From the very beginning until today he was the lonesome wandering minstrel and with his heartbreaking balads and Psychedelic Folk tunes he occupied many hearts over the past 15 years. IN GOWAN RING is not only unique because of B's outrider position, he is also a perfectionist and a highly professional autodidact. He is one of the very few persons I ever met, who plays all imaginable instruments and who is even able to build and (re)construct these instruments himself. A unique genius with a big heart full of sadness and flowers... Exists & Entrances is a retrospective through the years 1994 to 2003. All 40 songs and 157 minutes have never been released officially before, only the artist himself gave away some copies on CDR. On several songs B' was performing with Michael Moinyhan & Annabel Lee (BLOOD AXIS / ALRAUNE), with Markus Wolff (WALDTEUFEL) and other friends around his magical circle of Folk freaks. Vertigo Rebirth is the fourteenth album of Swedish composer Erik Jarl and the third and last part of the Vertigo trilogy. It is difficult to say anything more about Jarl’s music on the whole. Like the earlier albums, this one generates particularly severe emotions that could be shortly defined as isolation, intoxication and especially negative, poisonous intuition. This impression is enhanced by the contrast. Erik opens the album with a track that has a construction uncharacteristic to his previous compositions. This composition contains quite strange rhythmics and is rather dynamic, which generates deceptive elation. But that’s only the first track of the album. The rest fling the audience back to the cold uncompromising space of drone, piercing and crushing all attempts to perceive the phenomenon of Jarl’s impasse. From the deepest vault at Soleilmoon, precisely such a cherished but long unavailable classic has been remastered, repackaged and re-issued. "Heresy" was recorded in various subterranean locations and manipulated in the studio with Andrew Lagowski providing engineering and additional programming. The Moljebka Pvlse album Zojo was recorded during the Mathias studies at the Royal Institute of Art. He was inspired by the longest night of the year in Stockholm, the day when there is almost no daylight. His ambition was to make an acoustic album of minimal music without any musical instruments. Moljebka Pvlse setup long nylon strings across his entire studio at school, which he then plucked and bowed and recorded with his favorite contact microphones on that very night. 'Opus Tartari' is the latest album of Italian dark ambient project which - in its leader's own words - after years of esoteric and alchemist studies decided to transfer his own experiences into music. Compositions included on the album lead the listener into the world of antique and medieval times due to their tunes and the singing in Latin. Mystical, slightly sacral character of the tracks has become its leitmotif recognisible for the band. 7 years went by since the last album from this Austrian Cold-Electronic project was released. "Prison Poems" is a conceptual work about the Irish civil-rights movement in the 70ies of the last century. The album deals about the fate of a handful young IRA volunteers, imprisoned for political affairs, but then simply sentenced as criminals. After a long hungerstrike, the young men died, forgotten from the rest of the world. Most songtexts on this album were written by one of these young men who died from hunger. He wrote these poems on toilet- and cigarette-paper with the refill of a biro-pen, hidden inside his body in the years before he died. One year has passed since the Austrian / south Bavarian Alpin-Folk formation Sturmpercht released their last 7". Finally now here is their long awaited new album! "Geister im Waldgebirg" is a journey through the deepest central-European forests and mountains with all their strange creatures, fairies, myths and legends. The sounds and lyrics on this album are engrained in old pagan rites and cults, in hunters-legends and in tales from darkest woods and the people living there. The songstyles vary from powerful Martial-Folk hymns, over fragile Folk-balads, to weird songs about strange people and creepy animals. Several great artists supported Sturmpercht in the making of this album: first af all Axel from WERKRAUM, who is a basic Sturmpercht-member since quite a while now. It's Axels perfect guitar- and flute playing and his skillful hands in mixing, that the Folk-songs have this brilliant late 60ies/early 70ies touch now. New album of the very young Ukrainian project Surma. Martial ambient sounds mixed with industrial elements and nostalgic old samples. [label info] Walking those desolate battlefields of Les Joyaux de la Princesse and Der Blutharsch Surma is operating in their vein making sober martial ambient. Old shellac and repetitive loops of battle sounds grinding you through this war machine. As the smoke slowly disappears the horror will become visible and the stench of rough blood penetrates your nostrils. Allocutio brings you the oppressive atmospheres from the trenches. Starting with some kind of anthem in the “First Vision” we enter the rotating war samples of bombing with some metal percussion and a distant voice in the “Second Vision”. The martial genre is a genre with not much room for innovation and so this release continues with four more other visions with the same ingredients. Surma makes filmic martial ambient creating pictures of war and desolation. Allocutio is a nice record but the genre itself has nothing new to offer and so does Surma but Surma can compete with the best acts from the genre and is therefore interesting enough for those who like acts such as Combative Alignment or LJDLP. A milestone in Thorofon's back catalogue, 'Final Movement' was released on the band's own UMB label in 2002. Thorofon are a German-based duo consisting of Genevieve Pasquier (who also records as a solo artist) and Anton Knilpert. Although their sound is very unique, their roots lie in classic 80's Industrial - 'Final Movement' starts where SPK stopped in the mid Eighties. The album is tributed to the Russian «ghost-towns» Kadykchan, Kursha-2 and Halmer-U. Kadykchan («Death Valley» in Evenk) is a miners urban village in Susuman district of Magadan region, which was left by the inhabitants after the mine detonation in 1996. Nowadays only a few native people live in this dead town without central heating and water and power supply in half-destroyed apartments. Kursha-2 was build shortly after the Russian Revolution as a workers village for mastering vast forests of the Central Meshera. In the year 1936, during hot and windy summer, 1200 humans were burnt out alive because of the forest fire that surrounded Kursha and outskirts. Halmer-U («Death Valley» in Nenets) is situated in the area that was used by natives as a burial place for centuries. In the end of 20th century it became another «not wanted» miners town. People were evicted to Vorkuta city by riot squads. Three tracks of disturbing static oppression. All-dead Drone Ambient and sizzling Drone Noise dressing you alive. VELEHENTOR is well-known for its skill in creating the proper atmosphere using only facts, and here it is reproducted as by a direct witness. [press-release]

Old Europa Cafe of Italy has re-released Emergence & Immersion in a fine 2-CD 4 page full-color digifolder, re- mastered with a new bonus track, “Peacock Symphony”, offering 2 and a half hours of music. Spontaneity and raw emotional expression punctuate and keen throughout. Although completely improvised, the music seems amazingly composed. One can intuit that the musical re-uniting of this duo created a vortex in the worlds.
